ReviewPing is a software service provided by BAV Tech Solutions that helps businesses send review request SMS messages and manage related settings, usage, and billing.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use ReviewPing only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable messaging, privacy, consumer protection, and data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to contact your customers and send review request messages.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription features, SMS limits, renewal behaviour, and cancellation handling are subject to your active plan. Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid features.
5. Messaging Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform, the recipients you contact, and compliance with any consent or opt-in requirements that apply to your business.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAV Tech Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service where necessary, including for misuse, unlawful activity, or non-payment.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
